1. Who we are
UltraHumanizer provides tools that help people humanize AI text and improve clarity, rhythm, and tone. In this Policy, “UltraHumanizer,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the UltraHumanizer website and services.

2. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to the UltraHumanizer website, our text-humanization tools, and communications you send to us. It does not cover third-party websites or services that operate under their own privacy notices.
3. Information we may collect
Text and content you submit
We process text you paste or upload only to provide the feature you request. When you select “Humanize text,” the submitted text and your selected tone are processed through our server and trusted text-processing service providers to generate the rewritten result. Paid accounts can access their recent results in account history. To recover interrupted requests without charging twice, we temporarily cache completed results for the same signed-in user. Local drafts are separated by account; anonymous drafts stay in the current browser tab. Signing out clears local drafts. You can also clear a draft in the editor or your browser settings.
Free writing tools
Readability Checker, Text Compare and supported document text extraction run in your browser. Their allowance requests send a tool identifier and a request fingerprint, not your source text. Grammar Checker and AI Summarizer send your submitted text to our server and writing service when you run a request. Completed results are available to the same signed-in account for up to 24 hours to recover retries, then removed through the cleanup process described below. If you start sign-in from either online tool, a temporary draft in this browser tab can restore your text for up to 10 minutes; it is removed after restoration to a signed-in session or when you sign out.
Developer API
API source text is processed to generate the requested rewrite and is not stored in the API request table. Successful response content is encrypted for request recovery for 24 hours, then removed in daily cleanup, normally within 48 hours. We retain request fingerprints, API key hashes, timestamps, credit usage and payment records for billing, security and support. API keys are displayed once; the server stores their hashes. This service does not make a zero-retention or regional data-residency commitment. Contact us about deletion or sensitive-data requirements before integration.
Google sign-in and your account
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, and name. We store these with your registration time and most recent login time to manage your account, secure access, and count registrations. We also record the first successful tool request to understand whether registered users start using the service. Google sign-in does not give us access to your Gmail messages, contacts, or Drive files. Google processes sign-in under its own privacy policy.
Email sign-in
If you choose email sign-in, we use Resend to send a one-time login code to your email address. Codes expire after 10 minutes. We store a hashed code verifier, temporary verification records, and limited sending records to prevent abuse. Verified email accounts use the same registration and login records described above.
Communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, attachments, and any follow-up correspondence.
Technical and usage information
Our hosting and security providers may automatically receive limited technical information, including IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, approximate region, and diagnostic or security events.
4. How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve UltraHumanizer, including accounts and registration statistics.
- Process text and return the result requested by the user.
- Respond to support questions, feedback, and legal requests.
- Measure reliability, diagnose errors, and protect the service from abuse.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
When you follow an invitation link or enter an invite code, we save a first-party invitation cookie for up to 7 days to connect a new account to its inviter. We keep invitation status and a word-reward ledger. The inviter sees progress, not the friend's email or writing. To prevent duplicate rewards, we compare protected representations of account identity, the existing security-cookie device identifier and network information. Raw network addresses are not stored in the reward tables. Visit records are removed within 14 days; device and network signals on referral records and reward interaction events are cleared after 90 days by daily cleanup. Reward and account identity records remain for account support, fraud prevention and ledger reconciliation, subject to the deletion requests described below.
UltraHumanizer does not currently use advertising cookies or sell behavioral profiles. Essential cookies or similar mechanisms may be used by our hosting infrastructure for security, traffic routing, fraud prevention, and basic site operation. We use an essential login cookie that expires after 30 days and a short-lived sign-in cookie that expires after 10 minutes. Signing out invalidates the current login session. Browser settings may let you block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect essential functionality.
7. Text-processing service providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to process submitted text and generate the result you request. These providers handle information under their applicable terms, privacy practices, and our service arrangements. UltraHumanizer does not use submitted text to train its own models. Do not submit sensitive, regulated, confidential, or legally privileged material.
8. Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing support, maintaining security logs, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type and sensitivity of the information. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable. Paid account history retains up to 20 results for 7 days and can be deleted from your account. A completed result can be recovered for 15 minutes after an interrupted request. That temporary cache and request identifiers are cleared by scheduled daily cleanup after their expiry; expired cached results are never returned. Local drafts expire after 7 days and are cleared on sign-out.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, financial details, health records, government identifiers, confidential client material, or other sensitive information unless the feature specifically requires it and provides an appropriate notice.
10. International processing
UltraHumanizer and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers. Privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and complain to a local data protection authority. To submit a request, email support@ultrahumanizer.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
12. Children
UltraHumanizer is not directed to children under 13, or any higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information should contact us.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the service develops. We will post the revised version here, change the “Last updated” date, and provide additional notice when required.
