The rules for using our service

Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to UltraHumanizer. Please read them before using the website or text-humanization tools.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using UltraHumanizer, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. The service

UltraHumanizer provides writing tools intended to help users humanize AI text, improve readability, vary sentence structure, and adjust tone. The service may include demonstrations, AI-assisted features, file input, writing profiles, and other early-access functionality.

3. Early access and free availability

UltraHumanizer is currently offered free during early access. No payment or credit card is required for the currently available features. We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or change features as the product develops. If paid functionality is introduced, pricing and applicable terms will be disclosed before you are charged.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required by local law. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide only content you have the right to use and process.
  • Review all output for accuracy, context, citations, and suitability.
  • Follow academic, workplace, publishing, platform, and disclosure policies that apply to you.
  • Comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of others.
  • Use reasonable care before relying on output for important decisions.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use UltraHumanizer to:

  • Break the law, facilitate fraud, impersonate others, or misrepresent authorship where disclosure is required.
  • Submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other rights.
  • Generate or distribute malware, spam, harassment, threats, exploitation, or harmful illegal content.
  • Evade safety controls, rate limits, access restrictions, or technical protections.
  • Probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use output as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

7. AI output and detection scores

Automated writing and detection systems are probabilistic. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, offensive, or unsuitable, and it may resemble existing text. UltraHumanizer does not guarantee that any output is original, error-free, plagiarism-free, or classified as human-written by an AI detector. Detection products can disagree and may misclassify both human and AI-assisted writing.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing output and for deciding whether and how to use or disclose AI assistance.

8. Academic and professional integrity

UltraHumanizer is a writing aid, not permission to disregard an institution’s or employer’s rules. Do not use the service to submit work deceptively, conceal prohibited assistance, fabricate sources, or violate an honor code. When a policy requires disclosure, attribution, permission, or original work, you are responsible for complying with it.

9. Your content

As between you and UltraHumanizer, you retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and support the service. This license ends when the content is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to legal obligations and ordinary backup or security retention.

Rights in generated output may depend on applicable law and the rights contained in your input. We do not transfer rights that we do not have, and we do not guarantee that output qualifies for intellectual property protection.

10. Our service and brand

UltraHumanizer and its licensors retain all rights in the website, interface, software, design, branding, documentation, and other service materials, excluding your content. These Terms do not grant permission to use our names, logos, or branding or to copy, resell, or create a competing service from protected parts of the service.

11. Feedback

If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not submit feedback you are not authorized to share.

12. Third-party services

The service may depend on or link to third-party hosting, analytics, security, or AI providers. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or independent practices. Their terms may also apply.

13. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of UltraHumanizer at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device, browser, file, language, or third-party system.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ULTRAHUMANIZER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ULTRAHUMANIZER AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims related to the free service will not exceed USD $100. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify UltraHumanizer and its operators from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or misused the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

18. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of UltraHumanizer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

19. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a business reorganization. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding the service unless additional written terms apply.

20. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@ultrahumanizer.ai.
