Write down what the rewrite must keep

A name or price is easy to spot. Less obvious details include a negation, an exception, a pending approval and the difference between “may” and “will.” Those small words can change the meaning of a report or create a promise in an email.

Before rewriting, make a short keep-list from your source. Include product names, dates, amounts, measurements, quotations, citations and conditions. For marketing copy, add necessary product terms and the search phrase that accurately describes the page. Do not repeat a keyword unnaturally just to keep it visible.

  • Exact text: a product name, a URL, a quote or a reference marker.
  • Relationships: which result belongs to which group; who is responsible for an action.
  • Qualifications: estimates, uncertainty, approval status, exclusions and limitations.

Paid Humanizing Settings include protected terms. Treat them as editing instructions and still check the returned text. Avoid rewriting quoted source material as if it were your own prose.

Check information, not just matching words

The pairs below are editorial illustrations, not measured model outputs. They show the kinds of changes a reviewer should accept or question.

Keep a plan conditional

Draft

Subject to approval, the ClearNote pilot may begin on October 18 for 24 customers, with a proposed budget of $4,800.

Editorial revision

If approved, the ClearNote pilot may start on October 18 with 24 customers. The proposed budget is $4,800.

What to check: The date, customer count and amount are unchanged, and approval is still pending. Replacing ‘may start’ with ‘will start’ would add certainty that the source does not support.

Keep a citation attached to its claim

Draft

The small pilot reported shorter response times [4], but it did not measure customer retention.

Editorial revision

Response times were shorter in the small pilot [4]. Customer retention was not measured.

What to check: The marker still follows the response-time claim. The limitation remains. The marker alone does not prove that source [4] supports the sentence; open the source and check it.

Keep a meaningful product term

Draft

The AI text cleaner removes selected hidden characters from pasted text; it does not rewrite the passage.

Editorial revision

Use the AI text cleaner to remove selected hidden characters from pasted text. It leaves the wording unchanged.

What to check: The product term remains, but no claim about detector results or search rankings has been added. Make sure the stated behavior matches the actual cleaning options you select.

Move from rewriting to comparison

  1. Keep a copy of the source and paste the passage into Humanizer. Choose a tone that suits the reader. Use settings only when they serve a specific goal.
  2. Read the returned result once for meaning. Look at important-detail warnings, but do not stop reviewing when there are no warnings.
  3. Use Continue with this text to open Text Compare. When offered from the Humanizer result, carry both the source and the revision so you can inspect additions and removals.
  4. If the destination already contains a draft, review the choice before replacing it. Keep the version you still need.
  5. Run Grammar Checker or Readability Checker when there is a specific issue to resolve. Review those changes too.

Moving text to another tool does not verify its facts and does not mean every tool processes text locally. Follow the processing and allowance notice in the destination. Keep your own saved copy for durable storage; the workspace is not a shared cloud document archive.

A final pass before using the rewrite

  • Read every number with its unit and surrounding sentence.
  • Check who did what, and whether the revision changes cause into correlation or possibility into certainty.
  • Verify names, links and quotation wording against the source.
  • Check citations in context, not merely whether the marker survived.
  • Remove an edit that sounds better but makes a different claim.

A word-level diff is an aid to review. It cannot determine whether a citation is valid or a claim is true. For an important passage, let another person read the source and result without telling them which version you prefer.

Frequently asked questions

Questions, answered.

Can a humanizer guarantee that the meaning stays unchanged?+

No. A rewrite can alter emphasis, certainty or relationships even when the names and numbers survive. Keep the source and review the result sentence by sentence.

Will protected terms preserve every citation?+

Protected terms help instruct the rewrite, but they are not citation validation. Verify quotation wording, author and year, citation placement and the source that supports each claim yourself.

Can I carry the result into another UltraHumanizer tool?+

Use Continue with this text after processing to choose a compatible text tool. Text Compare can receive the source and revision. Review an existing destination draft before replacing it. Files and image or voice inputs are not converted into text-tool drafts automatically.

Does a clean comparison prove the facts are correct?+

No. A diff identifies text changes. Important-detail checks identify supported patterns, not all factual or semantic changes. An unchanged claim may still need to be checked against its source.
